Power open top fixtures are the first in a long line of automated fixtures. Pneumatic cylinders are added to the top frame of the fixture, allowing for automatic opening and closing of the top frame after coating. These fixtures are suited for higher production, allowing the operator to concentrate on coating the part rather than mundane tasks such as opening and closing the fixture. The operator can control the fixture using one simple pneumatic logic hand valve.
