2. Partner Support (via modem installed in machine control panel):
  • Connection to error report logs (if available)
  • Real Time monitoring of machine program
  • Trouble shooting of PLC program
  • Download of program updates from remote locations
3. On-Site Partner Support by RFT or one of RFT's certified service and support associates.
